The First Responders Resilience Center provides counseling, training, and support services sensitive to the needs of first responders, law enforcement, and veterans. As mental health professionals dedicated to serving those who serve others, we have a deep understanding of the culture and demands these professionals face, and are committed to their physical, mental, and emotional well being.

Dr. Anastasia ( Stacy) Pytal is a licensed psychologist and the founder of the First Responders Resilience Center. She has earned the distinction of Diplomate in Police Psychology from the Society of Police and Criminal Psychology.
