The First Responders Resilience Center provides counseling, training, and support services sensitive to the needs of all first responders. As mental health professionals dedicated to serving those who serve others, we have a deep understanding of the culture and demands these professionals face, and are committed to their physical, mental, and emotional well being.


As a resource for active and retired first responders and their departments, we specialize in therapeutic and intervention techniques that are the key to long-term wellness, as well as crisis management, peer support, and training. We can help you reach your full potential.

DR. PYTAL

Dr. Anastasia (Stacy) Pytal is a licensed psychologist, Board Certified in Police and Public Safety Psychology and the founder of the First Responders Resilience Center. She has earned the distinction of Diplomate in Police Psychology from the Society of Police and Criminal Psychology.

As a former police officer, Dr Pytal has first-hand experience and an intimate understanding of the stress that is unique to first responders.
